Week 10 Report

Travis hosted our pre-surgery pizza party last night.  I'm glad we were able to go see Mom before her big day and I'm also super happy about the new surgery techniques they have since her last operation.

On a side note the Holidays are here and if you think you can't get through them we should all remember last year at this time is when Laura began her weight loss quest.  I thought she was crazy, I mean who starts a diet just as the holidays begin.  Anyway part of changing our habits is dealing with Holidays.  It makes no sense to work so hard for 2 months then toss it all away in a matter of weeks.  We don't have to be perfect, just eat a little less.  We can get through this together.

Keep up the good work.  And what is up with the slackers not posting.  The only reason why some of you aren't kicking trash is because you aren't reporting.  If you wan't the $$$ and bragging rights at the end of the challenge you better start reporting even if you gained.

But for now there seems to be a new Sheriff in Town!!

  3. didn't lose this week. Kyle and I have 9 days until we leave for Hawaii, we are getting oh, so very close to our weight goals. Kyle weighs less now than he did when we got married!! It's so fun to see people you love succeed in such a difficult area. Keep up the good work!

And for those out there who are loosing and not sharing their success with the rest of use START sharing!

I have done 3 spin classes now and I didnt cry. I also started playing in the county BB league - which is exhausting - they are in good shape!

thanks for the updates on Mom. Since we are so far away - let us know if she needs anything! It should be a good recovery.
