So how many of you have noticed that one day at the gym you are like super woman or man? You are running 3 miles at a time and doing weights and find you have spent over an hour there and yet you still feel AMAZING!?!??!?!
Then a couple days later you are struggling to run/sometimes even walk a mile! Today was definitely one of those sluggish days. I can't explain it. I woke up right before my alarm went off at 4:57am, and yet felt totally alert and ready to go. I am thinking it must have been the rain that wore down my SUPER powers...as I walked from my car to the gym (it was only a drizzle though)!
Any thoughts? Research is always welcome!!!

Breaking news: Pumpkin Cheesecake is make from a vegie!!
Well I really suck. On the way to the airport today, we decided to go to the cheesecake factory... Mistake!!!..
I chose a really good "weight watchers chicken with brown rice and all for under 560 calories. Yes is was still to many calories and yes I could have not eaten it all, but I chose to eat the whole thing...
then....Pumpkin Cheese cake..... Can I say it was almost worth the calories.. but I feel really gross right now.
I guess that offsets the exercise, 3% loss from last week.

Standings update!
So according to my calculations as a family we have lost about 3.3% of our combined weight. That is freakin awesome. I hope everyone is seeing the payoffs to their efforts.
It looks like we are all chasing the Idahoans!! Good work up there!!
Remember you are never out of the running! With our point system anyone can make a comeback since our points only accrue according to your weekly standings. So regardless of how you stand now don't quit. Don't exercise, eat a dozen doughnuts, drink that 44 ounce soda, but whatever you do don't quit!!

Maybe I am a marathoner!
So I got a pedometer the other day because we are doing a county wide weight loss activity challenge and our team is trying to cross Africa first! Anyway, I put the pedometer on and guess how many miles I had walked in one day....just at school....any guesses? yep..4 miles! Isn't that disgusting...back and forth to specials, lunch, recess, outside to dismissal...plus we have a nice flight of stairs to climb! Add those 4 to the 3 I did before work and I had already walked 7 before 6pm.
So I guess when you add it all up it will take me just about 3.5-4 days to do a marathon! (of course I wouldn't be crazy enough to actually do all in one day...that's just insane!)
