I was scared to weigh in because we went to Ocean City on the weekend adn I had Fries! I gained 0.490%. thanks Laura for the Zucchini reminders, It is way good for you and I had it tonight grilled with just a spray of cooking spray and garlic salt, YUM.
I had a little problem for a couple of weeks. BUT I figure if I am doing my exercising I don't care if I gain or lose. It is 0 for me this week. I am back to exercising 4 or 5 days a week. Hurrah!
